Virat Kohli As Captain Of India In Asia Cup Is a Positive Thing

Indian Cricket Team Captain M.S Dhoni will miss out from Asia Cup 2014 this is a bad news for millions of Cricket team fans after recent defeats In South Africa and New Zealand. M.S Dhoni is not only a great captain for team India but also a very good batsmen which greatly strengthens the Indian team.



But now Indian team will have to go into Asia Cup without Dhoni. Young Virat Kohli who is a excellent batsman and many see him as future Captain of India will lead the Indian team In Asia Cup against Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Afghanistan and Bangladesh.

although no Dhoni In Asia cup is a bad news for India but there is also a positive aspect and that is Virat Kohli leading the Indian cricket team. It will greatly help Kohli to prepare for the future to be captain of India and give him experience. It will also make clear that how much he is capable of leading the Indian team.

Kohli will need to act with more maturity and calmness as Skipper of Indian team. India will play their opening match of the tournament against Bangladesh on 26th February. they will face Pakistan in the big crucial match on 2nd March.

Pakistan Cricket Team Reaches Bangladesh

Pakistan Cricket team has reached Bangladesh On Saturday to participate In the Asia Cup 2014 Tournament that is starting from 25th December In two cities of Bangladesh Fatullah and Mirpur and in the tournament 5 teams Pakistan, India, Sri Lanka, Afghanistan and host team Bangladesh will take part.



Pakistan will play the opening match of the tournament against Sri Lanka on Tuesday. Pakistani team squad reached Dhaka on Saturday in captaincy of Misbah Ul Haq. Pakistan is defending champion as they defeated the Bangladeshi team in Final of 2012 Asia cup. That tournament was also played in Bangladesh and Misbah Ul Haq was captain of Pakistan even that time.

So Misbah Ul Haq would be hoping to defend the title even this time by defeating other four teams specially Sri Lanka and India. this historic rivals Pakistan and India will face off on 2nd March. this is a much awaited match and both teams would try their best to win this one.

Pakistan is participating in the Asia Cup with a new head coach Moin Khan and batting Coach Zaheer Abbas. hopefully it will help to Improve the batting of Pakistan which have struggled a lot in recent past.

M.S Dhoni and Shakib Al Hasan Out of Asia Cup

We are now just two days away from the the big exciting event of Asia Cup 2014 which is start from 25th February in Bangladesh. There is a bad news for both Indian as well as Bangladeshi Cricket fans that Indian captain M.S Dhoni and Bangladesh all rounder Shakib Al Hasan will not be able to play in Asia Cup.



M.S Dhoni is out of the tournament due to Injury now Virat Kohli will lead the Indian team in the tournament who don't have much experience as captain of India. On other hand Shakib Al Hasan who is considered the most Important player of Bangladesh will also not be able to play first three matches of the tournament because he was banned and fined for doing bad hand gesture on camera during ODI match between Bangladesh and Sri Lanka.

He is fined for $3860 and banned for first three matches. these are really bad news for both India and Bangladesh because Dhoni and Shakib are top players of both sides.

Now Virat Kohli will have to lead the Indian team which is entirely new experience for him. He will have to act mature and bravely as captain of India.
